Class Description

Beg THEATRE: Class focuses on performance, musicality, and bringing your own self to your work. Through the warm-up and across the floor exercises, students will develop their technique as a foundation. New choreography taught each week familiarizes students with diverse styles, promotes self-confidence, and allows each student to develop their performance skills in an encouraging environment.

All Levels CARDIOBARRE: A workout where exercisers are experiencing a fat-burning, muscle sculpting sensation without kicking, punching, or jumping up and down. Exercises that lengthen and strengthen your muscles, as you’re burning fat. A unique class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt. legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. When you work at the barre you have a sense of center and balance that allows you to concentrate on the muscle group you are working on. You’ll actually have fun while getting in shape in a comfortable, personalized atmosphere. Bare feet are suggested.

All Levels LINDAFIT® PILATES: The goal of this class is to stretch and strengthen the entire body with an emphasis on good alignment and developing a strong core base of support. Restores muscle balance, opens tight joints, and ensures structural integration. A must for dancers looking keep their "dance instrument" in fine tune; ideal for anyone interested in good posture, long muscles, and proper body alignment!
