- Select members of the ctp performed in the 2006 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with Hairsprays' Darlene Love. Congrats!
- L.J Bologna, Nia-Imani Scriven and Saleemah Sharpe were selected to be KNICK'S CITY KIDS DANCERS. Out of the 300 kids that auditioned, they selected only four! GO BDC!!!
- CTP students performed for Britney Spears on May 8, 2006, celebrating her 10 millionth sale of her three perfumes.
- Daniel Manche is now starring as Young Tarzan in Tarzan on Broadway. Congratulations Daniel, you are fabulous!
- Ashley Arnold was cast as Little TiMoune in Once on This Island. Great work!
- Dalphe Morantus, Karina Orozco, Franceska Regnier, Maurice Dawkins, Khristina Cayetano,
Kia Benbow, Nia-Imani Scriven & Gabrielle Salvatto performed with Andre 3000 (OutKast) at Lincoln Center for the Cartoon Network.
They were each awarded $1000 to use towards their dance education!
- Jenine Vargas was accepted to be part of the junior repertory ensemble of the American Tap Dance Foundation.
- AIM Elite members performed at the 16th Annual New York Pharma Forum at The Essex House.
- L.J. Bolgna, Franceska Regnier, Nia-Imani Scriven and Saleemah Sharpe performed with Usher on The Ellen Degeneres Show (NYC) which aired on Monday November 20, 2005.
- Nia-Imani Scriven and Anthony Fania were selected to perform for the 2005 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
They danced on the Sesame Street float and performed live in Herald Square - Congrats!
- L.J. Bologna, Maurice Dawkins, Traver Hecht-Felella, Daniel Manche, and Kristian Real were chosen to audition
for the role of Billy Elliot in Billy Elliot, the Broadway Musical. Go Boys!
- Miss Jessica's coral ballet class was filmed for "The Sharp Things" music video.
- Amanda Treweeke and Teresa Jones were featured in the October 2005 edition of Dance Spirit Magazine.
- Nia-Imani Scriven was the cover story for the Sept/Oct 2005 edition of Young Dancer Magazine.
- The 2004-2005 AIM company performed at Frank Hatchett's Jazz Jam benefiting National Dance Week.
- Anthony Fania won his category in the 2005 NJN Hispanic Youth Showcase. He received a $500 college scholarship
and a trip to Six Flags Great Adventure!
- Students and faculty members performed with Faith Hill on ABC's The View (August 2005).
- Members of the CTP performed at the Opening Ceremonies of the US Open 2005.
